VRM Cooling: Dissipazione termica migliorata con MSI direct-touch cross heat pipes, pad termici MOSFET (7W/mK) con pad termici choke extra. Supporto software Frozr AI avanzato.
PCB Cooling: Dissipazione del calore e affidabilità migliorata con design dei circuiti stampati a 6 strati (livello server), con rame addensato (2 oz.) e backplate in alluminio,
