Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After one hour, since we will have started the shipping process, you will need to go through the return process.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (at an additional cost). International shipping times vary depending on products and destination (estimated at checkout).

What if I want to talk to someone?

We want to talk to you too! Please contact us with any questions, concerns or opinions. We will try to respond within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a response the following Monday, but possibly earlier.

Returns and refunds

How can I return a product?

Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn/unused, and must have all tags and original packaging.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Returns are processed within 7 days of receiving the goods.
